George Bernard Shaw Biography
George Bernard Shaw was born on July 26, 1856, in Dublin, Ireland. He was the third and youngest child of its parents. In 1872, he went to London with his mother and after four years he decided to become a writer.
At the beginning of his career, he doesn’t succeed as a writer. Publishers rejected most of his novels. He joined politics after that but he didn’t stop writing. After some years he wrote some plays. Some of his great plays are Major Barbara (1905), The Doctor’s Dilemma (1906), Pygmalion (1912), Androcles and the Lion (1912) and Saint Joan(1923).
